mosbuilders1 - Called Tuesday to schedule an appointment for an issue with my Kolpack walk- in freezer the tech Jas called me back within the hour and schedule me for the next day.He came on time and troubled shot the issue, he ordered my part and is rescheduled to install it tomorrow. Great communication hope It all goes well and will follow up after completion, but so far so good with this company.  Part 2 - So the follow up went well the tech came early and fixed the problem and freezer is working fine - well done polar mechanical and your tech Jas is a great asset to your company. Well, let me see: they finished earlier than originally agreed to, price was simply the best out of all four companies because it transparently included everything the other guys decided to not include thinking we do not know what they are talking about and they would later grab it anyway after getting the bid.The temperatures are right on the dot exactly what we were looking for and were promised by Polar's Estimator.Taz was absolutely phenomenal to work with.
